Surrender of certificate.—Every subscriber who ceases to carry on subscription to a pension scheme shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 13 of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
