Application for registration.—Every establishment carrying on the running of an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Government of Assam in Form 2, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
