Intimation of change.—Every operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances shall intimate to the Chief Wild Life Warden, in Form IV and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
