Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances shall apply to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
