Application for registration.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes carrying on the use of vehicles for election purposes shall make an application for registration to the Election Tribunal in Form 26, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every electoral roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
