Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall apply to the Director of Municipal Administration in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
