Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a citizen service centre who ceases to carry on the running of a citizen service centre shall, within five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Puducherry in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every statement of assets held by him has been disposed of.
