Intimation of change.—Every corporate agent shall intimate to the Institute of Actuaries, in Form IRDA-3 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Institute of Actuaries shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
