Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any corporate agent dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Institute of Actuaries in Form IRDA-6, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every statement of claims then held; and the Institute of Actuaries shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
