Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in wireless equipment shall apply to the Digital Communications Commission in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Digital Communications Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
