Application for registration.—Every operator of a rural water supply scheme carrying on the operation of a rural water supply scheme shall make an application for registration to the Zila Parishad in Form 7, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every market held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
