Intimation of change.—Every nominee director shall intimate to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, in Form ADT-1 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
