Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any nominee director dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form DIR-12, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of members then held; and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
