Surrender of certificate.—Every nominee director who ceases to carry on the representation of a shareholder on a board shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CHG-1 of the manner in which every balance sheet held by him has been disposed of.
