Surrender of certificate.—Every trader within a cantonment who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a trade within a cantonment shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every pass held by him has been disposed of.
