Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of an election meeting who ceases to carry on the holding of election meetings shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Electoral Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 17A of the manner in which every account of election expenses held by him has been disposed of.
