Records to be maintained.—Every air cargo agent shall maintain, in Form CA-3, a record of the booking of cargo for carriage by air showing the particulars of every air operator certificate received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within fourteen days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
