Surrender of certificate.—Every registered proprietor of a design who ceases to carry on the application of a registered design shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every design held by him has been disposed of.
