Surrender of certificate.—Every cadet who ceases to carry on enrolment as a cadet shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Station Commander in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
