Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the employer of apprentices shall apply to the Industrial Tribunal in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Industrial Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
