Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of apprentices who ceases to carry on the engagement of apprentices shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Industrial Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
