Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the cloud service provider shall apply to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
