Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in the custody of the Cyber Security Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team; and where the Cyber Security Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form F within forty-five days of the succession.
