Application for registration.—Every cloud service provider carrying on the provision of cloud computing services shall make an application for registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every log held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
