Application for registration.—Every fish farmer carrying on the culture of fish shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
