Application for registration.—Every ombudsman under a scheme carrying on the resolution of complaints under a scheme shall make an application for registration to the Mediation Council in Form A, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
