Intimation of change.—Every ombudsman under a scheme shall intimate to the Mediation Council, in Form F and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Mediation Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
