Safe custody.—Every debenture trustee shall keep every register of charges to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the protection of the interests of debenture holders is carried on, shall record in Form MGT-7 the description of every register of charges so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Official Liquidator within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
