Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a cattle pound who ceases to carry on the keeping of a cattle pound shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Gram Panchayat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every ferry held by him has been disposed of.
