Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a diesel generator set who ceases to carry on the operation of a diesel generator set shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Biodiversity Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every register of consents held by him has been disposed of.
