Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the child care institution shall apply to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
