Intimation of change.—Every child care institution shall intimate to the Government of Tamil Nadu, in Form VII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
