Surrender of certificate.—Every child care institution who ceases to carry on the care of children in an institution shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
