Safe custody.—Every child care institution shall keep every order of maintenance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the care of children in an institution is carried on, shall record in Form VI the description of every order of maintenance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Tamil Nadu within sixty days of the close of each year.
