Application for registration.—Every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall make an application for registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form VIII, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
