Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any child care institution dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form III, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of births then held; and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
