Grant of certificate of registration.—The Principal Commissioner shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of two hundred rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form GST REG-01 within fifteen days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every invoice stated in the application.
