Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any hostel for students of Scheduled Castes dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every identity card then held; and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
