Application for registration.—Every person dealing in securities carrying on dealing in securities shall make an application for registration to the Clearing Corporation in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every statement of holdings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
