Application for registration.—Every contractor of a public authority carrying on the execution of contracts for a public authority shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form G, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of requests held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
