Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer who ceases to carry on dealing in excisable articles shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every label held by him has been disposed of.
