Surrender of certificate.—Every child care institution who ceases to carry on the care of children in an institution shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every register of deaths held by him has been disposed of.
