Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Central Adoption Resource Authority in the custody of the Conciliation Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Central Adoption Resource Authority; and where the Conciliation Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form IV within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
