Fees.—The fee of five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Central Board by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 19; and the Central Board shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
