Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the employer shall apply to the Central Board in Form 31 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Central Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
