Intimation of change.—Every dealer in insecticides shall intimate to the Seed Certification Agency, in Form E and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Seed Certification Agency shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
