Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the broadcaster of election advertisements shall apply to the Election Tribunal in Form 8 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Election Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
