Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a patent shall intimate to the Appellate Board, in Form 27 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
