Application for registration.—Every licensee of a patent carrying on the working of a patent under licence shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Board in Form 2, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of four thousand rupees and a statement of every patent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
