Intimation of change.—Every manager of an institution shall intimate to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in Form F and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
